Duration of the fair, opening hours
Friday, 11 February and Saturday, 12 February 2011 from 9 am to 6 pm, Sunday, 13 February 2011 from 9 am to 5 pm.. Exhibitors may enter the fairground premises between 7.00 am and fair closing for the duration of the fair. The halls are locked one hour after fair closing for security reasons.

Please note that stand assembly must be completed until Thursday,
10 February 2011, 7.00 pm at latest.
Should you wish to commence assembling your stand at times not indicated above, it is necessary to apply in awriting for a special permit from the Technical Services Department at least eight days before start of assembly. The above charges also apply to activities after the fair has closed (e.g. stand
parties) and to extensions of move-out periods. Invoices are issued per company, hall and hour(s) (rounded up). Prices are excluding taxes and fees legally in force at the time of the event.
Please note that stand move-out must be completed on Monday, 14 February 2011 at 6.00 pm at latest.
On the last day of the event, exhibition areas may not be vacated until the event is over, nor may fair goods be packed or removed from the exhibition premises until 30 minutes after official closing time.
Please note that the stand area must, without fail, be vacated by the last move-out day indicated above, and the stand must be handed over in a cleaned state. Any materials or equipment remaining on the premises thereafter will be removed and the cost of removal and cleaning charged to the exhibitor. No compensation shall be made for any materials or exhibits thus left behind.
IMPORTANT! Out of technical reasons will the gateways to the Messe Wien be open at 5.30 pm on the last day of the fair, the 13th February 2011.
DEPOSIT
In our function as organisers we constantly do our best to ensure your assembly period is completed without problems or delays. We try to enable you to unload as close to the halls as possible.
For this reason access to the complex can only be permitted in exchange for a cash deposit.
During the assembly period on 09 February 2011 NO DEPOSIT shall be required.
We request you take advantage of this assembly periods if at all possible.
During the assembly period on 10 February 2011 and during the trade fair itself deliveries shall only be permitted at Tor 1/Trabrennstraße on provision of a deposit of € 100,– for a maximum stay of 2 hours for cars and 3 hours for trucks. If this time limit is exceeded the deposited sum shall be forfeited. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that delivery vehicles must have vacated the fairgrounds before opening time.
